Building corner Prinsessegracht – Casuariestraat, next to the Royal Academy of Art, in neo-renaissance/neoclassicist style. Designed or redesigned probably during the last decades of the 19th century. It is not a monument, as you can tell from the modifications.
During the second Peace Conference of The Hague in 1907 it was the house of a peace activist where the Cercle International was held, a forum for non-governmental peace organisations and international peace activists. In the 1970s and 80s it housed a drawing and painting supplies shop and the Norwegian Embassy. Presently it contains offices.
